Pricing

These can be provided for electrical work where all or most of the information is available so an estimate of labour and material can be made. 

We use the term 'estimate' as sometimes unforeseen circumstances can cause a difference in cost which would be discussed with the customer before proceeding.

Estimates are free and valid for 14 days from issue.

An hourly rate will apply when we cannot accurately predict the labour time. 

This will apply to emergency call outs and other work that is unknown in the outcome of time spent working.

The hourly rate is charged as each new hour of labour is entered into.

For emergency call outs the first hour is charged at two times the hourly rate to cover reaction, change of plans and travel.
